"Dear Katie, Scott, and Crew, I just wanted to take a minute to thank all of you for the great job you've all done for us at Compass Medical. I know we've gotten our T-shirts and polo shirts from you since we opened, but the help you gave me with the open houses was incredible! I can't believe that as busy as you are, you took the time to help me with wording on invitations, choosing gifts for our patients and guests, giving me simple ideas to make everything a success, helping me with a new logo for the company, and even letting Kristy come to give us a hand. You guys are awesome!! The hats with the word Veteran embroidered on the front were a terrific hit at our July 4th party that honored our patients and their friends from different wars. When I gave one to a Viet Nam vet, it actually brought tears to his eyes, when he said, "Thank you, this is beautiful". We all almost lost it. Thanks so much for the suggestion. It was perfect. I'm looking forward to see what you come up with for our Christmas party, since every time I start something new; you guys always come up with something different, something we can afford, and something that everyone seems to like. How do you do it? You just can't imagine how much all of you are appreciated. And as a Mom would say to her kids, (and I now think of all of you as family) GREAT JOB!!!"
